In the early era it was what we called the barter trade, and was one of the purest forms and ways of business, I suppose.
Coming to the money exchange world where the barter is a common currency to achieve profound, GOODS OR SERVICE.
The only thing that changed in running a business is a currency with monetary value,
Actually along with this, many changed, with changing times, currency created a higher ego, pride, and competition, for the value of service,and not only that, latest, major companies and organisation are hiring, in order to keep themselves alert about what the lower management thinks and sees certain act behaviour or patterns, NOW, this is service of personal benefit, an organisation within organisation , where else can a higher position lad get an employee who get paid by the organisation, and become a spy for free for a particular person.
This recent behaviour has caused /is causing many large firms to collapse,in strange ways, as the focus now had led to staff behaviour or pattern, the merely objective of a firm get vanished in this war of someone trying to prove something, or someone trying to protect their position, these attachments make people do the many WOW, is all I respond.
May we all learn its not about how people are, its about what is the one uniting objective that leads to success and trust and faith in the team, noone is perfect and its why so many different sort of people are hired for different specific tasks.
As harsh as this can be for truth but it is, sometimes firms die, due to such behaviour, many allergies come from those who own large positions, and have the right to manipulate information.
Just like cancer doesn't kill in day, it starts years ago before it sinks a being same applies to a firm, it never started in the lower, sometimes its all a maze, many of the efficient employees also leave good companies due to this, not being appreciated for the time and effort invested, or ,mixing a personal grudge or benefit with professional dealings, some things don't work this way... only if we humans realised .
The only way forward is focus on work and service rather then who said what or who is doing what this has ruined many of the dreams of great projects then one can imagine.
I hope if you read this, and also facing such drama,you will make an effort to actually see through situations from all angles, and make ammends that help and support a firm grow with its best and highest functionality, its never too late where late is better then never ...
